It starts with a phone call, text or form submission to one of Parthenon’s friendly customer service representatives. We’ll document your plumbing or HVAC issue, explain our pricing method and then pair you with the perfect technician to restore your home’s comfort.
Expert Arrives
You’ll receive a 30-minute heads up text before the expert technician arrives within the promised arrival window. After re-confirming the issue with you, the tech will ask for your consent to diagnose the issue.
Diagnosis & Solutions
The tech will diagnose the issue and then educate & inform you about any findings. Based on the diagnosis, the tech will provide multiple repair solutions with pricing included.
Quality Service
The tech will perform high-quality work based on the recommendation you selected. Before leaving, the technician will educate and inform you about the work performed and how to best manage your home system going forward.
